Install Flashing Tool

1. Install the DriverAssitant driver, as shown below:
   

   

2. Install the flashing tool RKDevTool_Release_V3.15, and launch the .exe program:
   

   

3. Connect the DVSync camera to the computer via USB cable. The software will display the following status:
   

   

4. Click Switch to enter loader mode:
   

   

5. Click Firmware Load, select the image file you want to upgrade, then click Upgrade to start flashing:
   

   

6. Wait until the upgrade completes successfully.

⚠️ Important Notice:

• Do NOT power off during the upgrade process!
  
• If the power is interrupted, the camera may become bricked.
  
• For any issues, please contact your supplier’s technical support.
